Here how the challenge works: 1. Subscribe to my channel - LlewellyntheFitFoodie 2. Watch and follow the exercise routine (start slow and increase the number of rep's daily 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, etc...Do as many as you can!) 3. Track what you lose (in weight or inches) 4. Each exercise is only 5 minutes each, but in total you will complete the routine in 15 to 20 mins. The exercise routine is easy, and can be done all at home. The time commitment is minimal, the results you'll see are anything but: You'll notice you can do more reps within each session (try the routine 1 or 2 times a day at first, then add more daily), as you feel the muscles burn, and your body change this means your fitness level is increasing.
