Valentine's Day Oreo Cake Pops

Ingredients Makes 8/9 cake pops 2 packets of oreoes 1/4 bag of red and pink candy melts 1/2 bar of white chocolates 1/2 tub of Philadelphia Sprinkles Icing Cake pop sticks Cake pop bags Cake pop stand Heart cutter Method Empty two packets of oreos and add two spoonfuls of Philadelphia into your food mixer for around 1 minute. Your mixture should be a doughy texture and able to mould into a heart shape. If your mixture is dry add 1/2-1 spoon full more of Philadelphia and combine for another 1 minute. Cover a baking tray or chopping board with cling film or baking paper. Take golf ball sizes pieces of mixture and roll between your hands to form a round ball. Gently pinch the bottom of the ball to create the heart point and use your finger to indent the top. Repeat until you have used all of your mixture. Leave to harden in the fridge for 10 minutes. Meanwhile pour 1/4 of a packet of your candy melts into a microwavable bowl and half a packet of white chocolate. Microwave on a low heat stirring every 30 seconds. Take your cake pops out of the fridge and dip the end of a cake pop stick into your candy melts and carefully place into your cake pops and leave to set for 10 minutes. (Optional) While you are waiting for your cake pop sticks to set roll out your icing and cut heart shapes out with a cutter or any other design. Once you cake pop sticks have set you may need to pop your candy melts back in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to re-melt. Carefully tilt the bowl to the side and cover your cake pop heart fully in candy melts. Tap the stick against the side of the bowl and with your finger to remove any excess candy melts and leave in a stand to set or cover with your favourite toppings! Eat & Enjoy!!
