Each day has a chance to get royal jelly, but the longer players wait, the better the chances. On the last day the beehive is called a "queened" acorn beehive. The tree takes 12 hours, so with a enough 16x16 scarecrow farms players can get several of these. On my server buying an acorn beehive costs nearly 100 gold. The aspen hardwoods are pretty expensive. It also requires 3 acorns to make, which usually can be found on auction for extremely cheap.
