KRK Rokit 8 G2 Read Description!

I need help! Are they supposed to make this hissing sound? I have balanced cables and a surge outlet thing. They make this noise even if they are just powered on and are not connected to my interface. It sounds louder on the video than in real life but they make a hissing noise when i put my ear next to the tweeter
