This time, I'm making money with alchemy (or attempting to do so) so I can purchase Benirus Manor in Cyrodiil's city of Anvil -- or just a house in general! I've been wanting to do an unmodded The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion playthrough for a while, and now I'm finally able to do my vanilla playthrough in 2020 of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. JUST A DISCLAIMER: While I am not using any visual or gameplay mods, I did install all of the unofficial patches and the better saves mod to prepare for a modded run in the future. It's not a completely unmodded experience in this regard, but I still consider this to be a vanilla playthrough of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I did also edit the INI file that comes with Oblivion to make it look a little better at the cost of a few frames here or there, but that is definitely NOT a mod as it's all settings you can tweak in the game itself (mostly).
