Litter Media Special Report: Senate Bill 310 funding sought for the overcrowded Ross County Jail
Sheriff George Lavender and the County Commissioners are seeking funding from Ohio Senate Bill 310 for important renovations of the jail at the Ross County Law Enforcement Center in Chillicothe. The Litter Media Cameras were granted access to tour the facility built in the late 1980s.
