The Germanic Suebi tribe rallies up to defend the Rhineland from a marauding Roman force seeking to subjugate local Germans to set the stage for a large invasion. The Germans fight well, wolf-skinned berserkers fearlessly assault the legions.. A grotesque struggle in a remote past ensues, the Roman although outnumbered manage to slaughter the defenders completely. The Suebi Warchief is at his knees at the end of the battle communing with Wotan as he bleeds out in a field of fallen warriors.. I tried a new video effect which definitely added to the overall feel of the battle, the soundtrack is apropos, & it's quiet a fight!.. Comments welcome..
