How to fix lag on Skyrim: Special Edition on PC (switch to NVIDIA from integrated graphics)

Just a quick, easy little fix on how to switch Skyrim: Special Edition's default GPU selection. Originally me and many other people had problems such as very low FPS and glitches because by default it selects your integrated graphics instead of your graphics card.
