Ashgabat The Tartarian City of the Future

Ashgabat is the capital city of Turkmenistan. We are told it gained its wealth from being the world's forth largest resource of natural gas. We are told the population sits around 5,000,000. We are told that none of the citizens pay for electricity, water, or gas. Tourists who have been allowed to go on "guided" tours of Ashgabat say its a ghost city. The streets are usually empty or have very few people in them. Night shots of the city show a Las Vegas style light show of bright neon. The ornate "Victorian" style street lights do nothing to conserve electricity burning bright all night for nobody. Enough flowing water fountains to make Poseidon God of the sea stare with envy. Google earth let's us take a trip through this amazing, beautiful "pretty much empty" white marble city of the future. We see sacred geometry all over the place from the side walks to in the buildings themselves. This city holds many guineas book world records. The population is said to be 80 percent government employees. Only white colored cars can be brought into the city. There are alot of strange and curious things about this place that's for sure. I am convinced it's utilizing tartairan style architecture and antiquitech to power itself with electromagnetic energy pulled from the aether.
