Extreme Laptop Fan Noise

Im not a big Fan of that. Its my Cpu Fan which is stronger when my Cpu is at high temperature. I already took all the dirt out of the Fan but it hasnt changed anything. Its not always like that with that noise at this rpm Laptop is a Dell Vostro 3555 with amd A8-3500m Go away Satan!
