Warcraft 3 TLTW v6.0 - How to win
This is a short video to show how I play my tltw's =) The basics of how to win are simple and mostly showed in the video. This video was made from the perspective of the builder, so assuming you got a good sender it should work fine! The basic start idea is to get many splash towers at the centre of your maze to avoid massive unit stuck thingeh. Make sure that the edges of your maze are strong, else you'll suffer the same as my enemy's did in this video. The smaller creeps you send, the more income you recieve :) 1 grunt (cost 100g) +7income, 1 golem (cost 1000) +5 income. 10 grunts are the same price as one golem but still gives +20 more income! It doesn't really matter wich element you choose as long as you use it well, if you made a good start you'll be able to use more elements like I did. In the end of the video you'll see me getting wood (1 wood cost 100k g) to spend on units. With that wood I bought shamans, those heal the other units you send. My enemy didn't kill the units fast enough before, so when they startet healing he had a massive leak wich gave me and my team mate the victory. Important basic of all tltw if you ask me: The builder is supposed to send too as he has a way higher income then the sender (bounty of units) and the sender must not build! If the builder is good enough there's no need for the sender to build. Maybe one tower will be good like my ally did for him to get a lil gold, but senders! Keep the building to a minimum. I hope this video helps a few of you with TLTW, if your playing an other version then this one it shouldn't really matter, the methods of all tltw's are the same.
