Replacing 7 Year Old Thermal Paste - Does it make a difference?

I’ve never changed the thermal paste on my computer I built in 2010 which I’m still using to this day. I figured I should actually get in there and have a look and see how the thermal paste I applied 7 years ago was going. In this video we’ll see how much temperature difference, if any, replacing thermal paste on a CPU makes.
