W-King D9 VS Aiwa Exos 3 Max Volume
Just got the Aiwa Exos 3 in today and I really like it. It gets about 5hz or so deeper then the D9 but other then that they have a similar sound signature. The W-king D9 is about 30% louder at max. As impressive as the Aiwa is the D9 basically sounds like the Aiwa with a super charger. It just has much more energy and sound behind it. I think the 60w rating is believable considering the Aiwa is 46w. Also on a few tracks the Aiwa distorts on max volume which is unfortunate. No distortion at max on the D9. Another reviewer said the D9 has a Holow sound. That is definitely not true. It just and very impressive upper bass. the only speaker that I can feel the bass more in my chest is my boombox 2. Even my Onyx 6 has less chest thump then the d9. the onyx 6 is all deep bass but hard hitting thumpy bass like the D9. Over all I give the win to the D9 here. PS: the mic on my tablet S7+ is still getting clipped by the D9 so it keeps lowering the recorded volume. you will notice the volume keeps spiking on the Wking D9 then it drops and holds. it's trying to record it but it's to loud for the mic even 10 feet away apparently.
