Webgl quake2 in chromium on a xu4 @1.4GHz
Test setup: start chromium with: http://quake2playn.appspot.com/ cpu governer performance, speed of the A7 and A15: 1.4GHz. The output is 1080p@50Hz (don't ask, that was another test), but the quake game itself seems to be 800x600 or so. I've zoomed into that spot of the screen so it's a bad quality. Nevertheless: We have the full fledged javascript interpreted quake2 in a browser in X11 running at a xu4 peaking at about 4.9W... * Edit: use http, because https is not supported. There seems to be a texture leak, since it now stopped, and the loading of each scene became slower and slower. The xu4 can run at 2GHz but that will at least double it's max power usage, and sometimes you must think about the heat in tight spaces.
