Spices have healing qualities and Indians in India have been drinking chai tea for ages. Being partly of Indian origin, and enjoying chai tea myself, I have a vested interested in finding out what the ingredients are. The staff at Ampersand Cafe and Bookstore in Paddington were especially helpful to me. They even held up a customer behind me to explain to me how it's made.
