X23 china phone scam!
Bought it from shoppe for my son. Just received it on the 7th of Nov 19. I charge it and the next day on 8th Nov 19, I switched on for less than 5mins and out of sudden it went blank! But the hp is on though. Talk to the seller superbro.sg and he suggested that I need to charge 10x or 20x to activate the battery which doesn't make sense. So when I asked for exchange or refund, they refuse and block me. Oh dear... what a day to begin with. Oh ya I have to take the video in the dark so that can still see the lights from the phone coz the phone is still on. Now the phone did not respond to anything and I'm not sure whether it's on or off. Lesson learned
