Jenkins: distributed jobs and cloud (create static nodes)

We can create slave nodes statically or dynamically. When we create slave nodes statically, resources are always there whether we use them or not whereas in case of dynamic nodes, nodes are created dynamically when we need them and as soon as the job is executed and the resource is no more needed, the node is deleted automatically.
