67 911 engine test run after storage
This 1967 911 engine had been stored for many years. We replaced old chain ramps and put in a set of freshly rebuilt chain tensioners with safety guards, did a quick valve adjustment, replaced some seals (for valve covers we reset the stud heights and use updated, thicker silicon ones), and we had to rebuild the carburetors as all seals had dried up and the accelerator pump diaphragms had gotten hard. The engine started right up on first try! Check out the video! Find us on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thoroughbredmotorsportsllc/ or www.thoroughbredmotorsports.com
