FIX Windows 10 ,Win 7 video scheduler error, bsod Windows crash , windows boot loop fix

Here is a fix for Windows boot loop, bsod, Windows 10 crash. UPDATE: The Nvidia control panel may have been a part of the problem. Nvidia does not offer a download for their control panel. WTF. Find an Nvidia control panel program and download, install. After I did this, I was able to enable my Nvidia 750M graphics card again. Everything is stable. Dont pay those fools $$$$ for the answer. The answer should have been given.
