Asus GeForce RTX 3080 ROG Strix O10G - Fan noise issue

I'm having issues with my new Asus RTX 3080. The sound is beeing caused by one of the fans while it's running between 60-70% fan speed. It dissapears once it's over 70% speed. I used MSI Afterburner to adjust Fan Speed manually.
