على مُستوى الهيكل وجسم السيارة، تستفيد فيراري 488 "بيستا" 2019 من إستخدام كثيف لألياف الكربون كبديل عن الألومنيوم، وذلك من ألواح الجسم وُصولاً إلى العجلات قياس 20 بُوصة. من جهة أخرى، نجح المهندسون في تأمين تحسّن بنسبة 18 % على صعيد الضغط العَمودي من الأعلى إلى الأسفل، بالتزامن مع خفض الوزن العام، ومع تحسين الإنسيابيّة. وبنتيجة ذلك، تستطيع السيارة الرياضيّة بامتياز التسارع من مرحلة الإنطلاق إلى سُرعة 200 كلم/س. في 7,2 ثوان فقط، والشُكر يَعود إلى مُحرّك "في 8" سعة 3,9 ليترات مع شاحني هواء "توربو"، يولّد 710 أحصنة. With bodywork and chassis, Ferrari 488 Pista 2019 makes extensive use of carbon fiber as a replacement for aluminum, from the body panels to the 20 inch wheels. On the other hand, the engineers managed to provide 18% improvement in downforce in parallel with reducing the weight and improving the aerodynamics.
