Bioshock 2: Meltzer's Puzzle Box

Here is an object that Big Sister, or somone pretending to be Big Sister, left in Mark Meltzer's appartment on www.somethinginthesea.com. It has three locks that use a code language which is written in a repeating pattern on the box's surface. I don't know about you, but I really want to know what's inside.
