All World Cup winners since 1930 when the first global tournament took place. The first tournament took place back in 1930 and was won by the hosts of the tournament - Uruguay. Thirteen teams took part in this tournament and it has since expanded to 32 teams, with 48 countries taking part in the 2026 tournament
