Orienteering with the Georgia Orienteering Club, Tugaloo State Park, May 2022. Green Course, 4.2 km, time 57:14 I am an old veteran orienteer, 68 at the time of this run. stats from the Control app: I covered 5.46 km Course pace 13:39 min/km pace average 10:30 min/km heart rate average 143 I made a couple of errors on this run, at numbers 4 and 11 - watch the video!
