After the opening cutscene. Black Widow will be heading to the FiB Headquarters, she'll break in via skylight. She will get in the communications room, and install the software on the computer. As the software is being installed, Black Widow will have to deal with waves of security personnel. Once the installation is complete, she'll steal the hard drive and escape the building and dealing with more security personnel in the way.
