Apple iPad Pro writing Glitch with Apple Pencil 2

I am using iPad Pro 12.9 2020 version with Apple Pencil 2nd generation. App used is OneNote but this glitch is observed in Apple notes app too. What is the glitch? Notice the ghost line appearing while I begin writing. After I begin writing the word keeps getting broken and turns squiggly.
