*UPDATE* Developer for Sceneca Residence has announced the starting prices of their units 1BR from $958,000 ($2,069 psf) 1BR + Study from $1,085,000 ($2,017 psf) 2BR from $1,330,000 ($1,961 psf) 2BR + Study from $1,480,000 ($1,965 psf) 3BR from $1,765,000 ($1,952 psf) 4BR from $2,985,000 ($1,966psf) Unpopular opinion from an agent but I don't think you should be paying more than $2,100 psf for a 2BR and smaller unit, $2,000 psf for a 3BR and bigger unit in Sceneca Residence, especially if you're expecting capital appreciation.
