Coast Guard rescues flood victims, unclogs pipes

Italian Coast Guard helicopters, boats, and divers were deployed to help in rescue operations and to unclog pipes to drain flood waters in the northeastern Emilia-Romagna region, where at least 14 people are reported dead in the disaster.
