Apple iPad Pro on iOS 11.3 and 11.4 Blinking Battery and Dinging Noise Problem Smart Connector Issu
Looking for a solution to this problem. The Apple forums suggest a full restore to make this go away. This video was taken within minutes of restoring the iPad from the developer beta 11.4 to the latest public 11.3.1. The problem is definitely related to the smart connector/Smart Keyboard as the video shows. Unless you keep the iPad on silent mode, it will ding and flicker forever until the battery dies. The iPad was immune to the iOS 11 failures until this point. My iPhone and Apple Watch still do not function the way it should since my first update to iOS 11. I have since sold the watch and am slowly removing my dependence on the phone. This may be the into into removing the iPad from my workflow and life as well.
