Bench Press to 130 x 1, Paused Wide Grip Bench 100 x 7

*Really* focusing on form this session. Pretty happy with the weights moved today considering lefty is weaker at the moment. Lower back also a little tired as I usually don't bench the day after DLs, so slower extricating myself from my arch position, lol. Competition grip with arch: Bar x 10 to make sure bar path/lefty's form spot on before upping weight. 75 x 7, 95 x 3, 115 x 1, 130 x 1 Wide grip paused, minimal arch: 100 x 7, 100 x 7
