World of Warcraft BFA Reshade "raytracing" test + screen space reflections & improved AO
--Update-- 6/05/2020 //PLEASE READ!! This is a very old video with alpha reshade raytracing features, the shader has come along way and there are other much more recent videos on my channel with improved framerates. This is not WoW shadowlands DXR raytracing. I've seen a lot of people using this footage to show case what wow raytracing is, THIS IS NOT DXR. THIS IS USING A RASTERIZED RESHADE EFFECT. --Update-- 18/04/2020 Some of the effects you see in this video (screen space reflections/ path tracing) require a special shader made by Pascal Gilcher, you can find his patreon below. https://www.patreon.com/mcflypg You can find his free shaders here https://github.com/martymcmodding/qUINT Also, a lot of questions regarding, angle, why so short, no variation etc so I will address that here. I only uploaded this video to show friends as it was just a test and a proof of concept that wow can indeed look quite amazing (although maybe not at the best of framrates lol). I didnt expect this much attention nor all the questions. I am currently redownloading WoW now and will resub just to show you guys more of the world with such "cinematic" effects. If one of the WoW (reshaded) videos gets over 250k views i will release the preset for free, though you will still need to purchase the path traced raytracing shader from Pascal Gilcher. Thanks for understanding :) J.
