The StickPic can help stabilize your video
Besides being used as a self portrait device, the StickPic, when used with your hiking staff or a simple extension rod can add stabilization to your videos. Here is a short test I did this morning with a camera that has no image stabilization. I think the results with the StickPic were very good.
