Officially Intel state the i9 goes 4.6 at 2 cores down and only turbos to 4.8 if it's operating at under 50 degrees. In our tests mining we find the i9 to stably hit that 4.6 figure at 2 cores. Around 4.0GHz at 4 cores, and around 2.9-3GHz at 6 cores. No tweaks were used to maintain the power limit as this was primarily a CPU task, although I did have my external monitor plugged in and a few background apps running.
