So, a lot of my recent videos have been tailored towards those on a fat loss journey so for this one, I thought I'd swap it up and give everyone on a bulking journey some love. So, in the video I set myself a calorie goal of 3000 calories and this is my typical calorie goal on a lean bulk. And when it comes to bulking, I always like to keep it relatively lean because it just suits my overall lifestyle. I can still build plenty of muscle, I can remain relatively lean year-round, I don't have to worry about excess fat gain and then when the time comes where I do want to lose fat, I don't even have to cut down for too long because I haven't gained a lot of excess body fat during my lean bulk. So, although bulking up is all part of the process of maximising your muscular potential, it doesn't mean that you have to gain a huge amount of weight and walk around with a lot of fat for 80% of the year. So in the video, I take you through all of my lean bulking meals which include protein porridge, pizza and a delicious burrito bowl and I also share some tips on how you can set up your own lean bulking diet to gain a lot of muscle whilst gaining a minimal amount of fat.
