The Hospital area is pretty buggy on PS5 don't know why that smoke bomb went out like that, never really experienced something like this one, also Enemies were acting strange i noticed that happens when you keep restarting the encounter, but nevertheless i wanted to do something else, it really went well but not quite satisfied!
