Shotgun Grab - Bioshock Speedrunning
These videos are a collection of glitches and tricks I've found that are likely to be useful to the speedrunning community. They're here for your reference. If you've not played Bioshock, you won't understand them. If you aren't interested in speedrunning, you won't appreciate them. They are demonstration videos only and no attempt has been made to carry out these tricks quickly - only to show how to do them. This one isn't much of a trick, but I didn't realise it existed before, so maybe others didn't either. If you're quick, you can run out of Dandy Dentals after grabbing the shotgun before the doors close. This means you can get the shotgun at a price of only about half a second. Speedrunners on easy may prefer to save the half second and run straight past; on hard level, though, the shotgun would likely be worth it.
