Southend Fireworks
Heard some dull distant bangs and opened up our front door and over the otherside of the River Thames / Medway estuary at Southend on Sea the fireworks were going off at one hell of a rate. We are at least 10 miles away and we could still hear the bangs and with the new Panasonic SDR-S70 camera I was able to use the 78 times optical zoom to get some nice shots - I was pleased with the colour because the low light use on most cameras is not good but this is not bad at all - you have a look.
