The Fangame That Wasn't a Virus
Five Nights at Freddy's: Running in the 80s was released on Gamejolt to substantial acclaim. However, a few weeks later, the game was GONE. It had been removed from GameJolt as if it never existed. This is the story of how the FNAF fangame community convinced a dev that there was malware in their when there wasn't. The animatronic models and animation look great and fit in really nicely with the camera renders; I honestly feel it's up there with Five Nights at Candy's, POPGOES, and other flagship fangames. It actually reminded me a lot of FNAC for some reason; maybe because of the gameplay shift on the final night? Let me know what you think!
