Kia Soul AC heat pump. Collapsing air conditioning hoses with vacuum

I’ve Seeing many air conditioning hoses collapse on different year make model vehicles put on this Kia soul I think these hoses collapse the flattest probably almost a near perfect seal stopping the transfer of air from one side through a vacuum to escape out the other side.
