Apple Pie BBQ Spice Dry Rub Recipe

This apple pie BBQ spice rub has quickly become one of my favorite spice rubs. Not only can this be a dry rub recipe for chicken, turkey, duck, and pork but it makes an incredible brisket dry rub recipe and it's really good on French fries and tater tots too :) It has an earthy, salty, sweet flavor with very mild heat. If you prefer for your BBQ rub to have a lot of heat you will want to go much heavier on the Birdseye chile or the cayenne.
