Icom IC-R8600 working with SDR# (SDRSharp)
This is a video demonstrating the use of the 'Frequency Scanner' Plugin with SDR# (SDRSharp) and the Icom IC-R8600. The IC-R8600 standalone performing a programmed scan between 118 - 136 MHz takes around 23 seconds when the Scan speed is set to its max. value of 30 and the Step Rate is set at 8.33kHz. Utilising the SDR side of the receiver, the entire Civil Airband (118 - 136 MHz) in approx. 2 seconds. Note: The version of SDR# (SDRSharp) used in this video demonstration is version 1.0.0.1732. The ExtIO DLL file version 1.0.1.26 is also required. I do not believe any versions of SDR# after release 1732 work with the 'Frequency Scanner' Plugin.
