What replacement parts do I need for my iPhone?

My iPhone doesn't work correctly. It likes to go black whenever pressure is applied to the top, left corner and sometimes when I use the volume controls. Any thoughts on what parts I need to replace. It's a iPhone 3G running on jailbroken 4.2.1.
