"Distributed/Hierarchical Nagios" The presence of low cost hardware (Raspberry Pi) has made it incredibly efficient to link many remote IT environments to a central Nagios server. This presentation will describe building a remote monitoring Node (Raspberry Pi) with Nagios Core Server and Temperature and Video monitoring of the Server Room environment. ===== Dr. Lammert is a Technologist specializing in Open Source Software, and serves as Chief Scientist at Omnitec Corporation.
