The new Noise Maker feature - Will make NPCs investigate any noise caused by fling objects with the grab control. Different reactions depending upon the NPCs confidence, disposition towards player, and player's stance when detected ( is sneaking, is weapon out ). Guards get irritated overtime and add a bounty.
