New Performance Computer i5 6600 skylake

Link to my Laptop shitting itself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejQpWHoC-eI I goofed a bit during the recording so here are the clarifications: Skylake chipset came out during august in AUS. i5 6600 is a non-overclocked Edition. Overclocked is the one with K at the end i5 6600K. For the i7 the non-overclocked is 6700 and of course the overclocked is i7 6700K. H170 is designed for non-overclocked chipset. Z170 is designed for overclocked chipset. 4k clarifications: I am aiming for 4k monitor for gaming around end of 2016, beginning of 2017. I'm still gaming in 1080p. In the video I did say I have a 4k Monitor but it's no longer available. Initially the deal was: a mutual friend who happened to be in the need of cash so he was offering $250 for his 4k monitor. However, he changed his mind and told me it's not available anymore. I don't know the detail and I didn't ask either. It's not my business if he doesn't want to sell it to me. So, current price for 4k monitor (cheapest) in AUS would be around $569 September 2015. It's a bit pricey might as well get it later on, probably end 2016 beginning 2017. My 3DMARK benchmark: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/6108346 Special thanks to: https://www.youtube.com/user/Jayztwocents For the benchmark of 970 vs 390 https://www.youtube.com/user/LinusTechTips For other benchmarks and info. http://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/2099-intel-chipset-comparison-z170-h170-h110 For the choice of your motherboard. Please read this article about the motherboard carefully as I have seen friend of mine choosing the wrong motherboard for their CPU and it ended up bottle necking the CPU. The person has to return it and luckily it was approved. But you may not be so lucky depending on where you purchase it from. Also, I'm not an expert. I can only provide info based on my experience. So feel free to look at other sources for references for your build. Overall impression: Happy with it. Parts including price (all in AUD): Case: Kendomen Deep Cool ATX Mid Tower Chassis Red - 69 CPU Cooling: Raijintek Themis Black- 29 CPU: i5 - 6600 Skylake - 328 PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G1 Gold 650W - 139 RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2133mhz DDR4 8GB x 2, Total 16GB of RAM - 179 Motherboard: Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3 - 229 GPU: MSI R9 390 AMD Radeon - 519 SSD: Samsung EVO 250GB - 149 Total: 1641 AUD. AGAIN, this price is only for the Australian market. For the US I think you can get it for a much cheaper price probably around $1k. For other regions, please refer to your home market as I don't have sufficient info to comment on those.
