Those two buffs will likely gimp your BRV DMG, but it's not an issue with Quina BT active. Breaking them will also remove their buffs -- this can be done with gravity attack or instant-breaks like Quina's FR. During Force Time, our party cannot gain new buffs, and all BRV DMG is reduced by 100%.
