This can be done with any zerker weapon but it's most effective when you use the fire axe. The trick is to not swing too fast (dealing more than 360 damage in less than 2 seconds will cause an enrage) and bait his attacks, (Being within line of sight for about 10-15 seconds will cause an enrage unless he attacks, then it resets) and as long as you maintain those two conditions it's a sinch.
