Let's Play Fallout 4: Can you kill Swan in his Sleep with the Big Boy?

In this video, I finally save up enough caps to buy the most expensive weapon in the game: The Big Boy. It's a Fatman that clones the round fired in flight through some sort of 1950's sci-fi technology voodoo, thus doubling the damage of the weapon. Then, I take it Swan's Pond and see if you can kill Swan in his sleep. Good times.
