Dota 2 Purge plays Necrolyte
Necrolyte just got a pretty awesome buff where he gains hp regen(and now mana regen) with his third skill sadist. At max level, that gives him 240 hp over 6 seconds, and 600 mana for a hero kill! 24 hp and 60 mana for a creep kill. This is going to add to his tankyness and possibly give him the push he needs to be drafted competitively. But probably not :).
