DOOM 3 was originally released on the XBOX and redefined the horror shooting genre. However, it was released again as the BFG edition with a complete rework on the lighting system and high resolution textures. I played through the original DOOM 3 a few years after it came out and reliving the experience in the BFG edition was surreal.
